Terms and Conditions – KproApps Developer Membership

By enrolling in the KproApps Developer Membership, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Fee

   • The $150 fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment that grants access to contract opportunities through KproApps’ private network.

2. Eligibility

   • Developers must be competent in at least one major programming language or framework relevant to the roles offered (e.g., React, Ruby on Rails, Swift, Kotlin, Laravel, etc.).

   • Proof of past work, code samples, or a technical assessment may be required prior to engagement.

3. Performance Requirement

   • Contracts will only be issued to developers who demonstrate reliable communication, timely delivery, and quality code.

   • If a developer is found to be incompetent, dishonest, or unable to complete the work to a professional standard, the contract may be terminated immediately without payment.

4. No Employment Relationship

   • Membership does not constitute employment with KproApps. Developers are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes, tools, and compliance.

5. Payment Terms

   • Payment for work completed under contract is handled by KproApps or the client directly.

   • Payment is only made upon approved completion of the scope of work as defined in the contract.

6. Code of Conduct

   • Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally with clients and team members.

   • Misconduct or unprofessional behavior can result in removal from the program without refund.

7. Limited Membership

   • Due to quality control and project availability, access to contracts is not guaranteed for every member at all times.

   • KproApps reserves the right to pause or limit project access to maintain standards.

8. Non-Solicitation

   • Developers may not bypass KproApps to engage directly with clients introduced through the platform, unless permitted in writing.
